To BIM, or not to BIM? That is the question!

Building Information Modeling (BIM) has moved far beyond just a buzz word the past few years. BIM practitioners experience real ROI, execute more tasks in a shorter time frame, and deliver a higher level of detail and information through BIM.

On February 19th, Advanced Solutions Design Software is hosting a complimentary webinar: To BIM, or not to BIM? Getting started down the path of BIM implementation.

The webcast will be hosted Advanced Solutions BIM Technical Consultant, Alan Deluce. Alan delivers BIM-focused training, mentoring and implementation services to AEC firms throughout the U.S. and has authored training manuals on BIM tools, such as Autodesk Revit.

During the webinar, Alan will explain the process of BIM, cover tools used to create building information models, and share some of the documentation and workflows firms must have in place for BIM to be a success. Attendees will learn:

  • What is the BIM process?
  • The many software tools used in BIM, such as Revit, Navisworks, ReCap, AutoCAD, 3ds Max Design and more
  • Steps that need to be taken to ensure a successful BIM delivery
  • The importance of BIM execution plans, BIM implementation plans, and BIM project kickoff meetings

If you have been sitting on the sidelines wondering if BIM is right for your firm, or if you have already adopted BIM and are looking to validate your process, this is the webcast for you!
