Giffin Finds a Valued Partner in Advanced Solutions

March 31, 2015 By April Raque Leave a comment

Giffin, a design-build firm, focusing primarily on automotive and aerospace metal finishing projects, approached Advanced Solutions to develop a solid process to continuously improve their competitive advantage. They needed a dependable and knowledgeable Autodesk partner, who could understand their process and provide solutions to decrease completion times for engineering projects.

In order to bring Giffin to a new level of productivity, Advanced Solutions performed an intense Process Improvement Analysis, enabling them to take a “deep dive” into the current design-build process within the organization. “That was key to us because we needed their experience, their expertise, in explaining what software to use versus us just going out, and picking one, and hoping for the best,” shared Giffin Design Manager, Jeff Makarewicz.
